Since 1987, Puffing Billy has been a home away from home for children from all backgrounds. Our teachers are qualified, experienced and passionate, and provide quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
We not only cater for families from the Takanini area but encompass the wider areas to include Papakura, Manukau, and some from Auckland City.
